Because our digital products (Bible studies, devotionals, printable resources) are immediately available after purchase, we can’t offer refunds once you’ve downloaded them.

But here’s the thing—I’m a real person who wants you to be genuinely helped by what you purchase. If you experience technical issues downloading your product or it’s not what was described, please email me at [your email]. We’ll figure it out together.

Physical Products

For physical items like pop-up journals or subscription boxes:

• Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery
• Must be unused and in original condition
• Contact me at [your email] to start a return
• You’ll receive a refund once I receive the returned item
• Shipping costs are non-refundable
